TERMS OF SERVICE
Before ordering:■The full amount is paid upfront. At the moment, payment is only accepted via Paypal.■Clarity is requested on the details of the commission. Please specify characteristics of the character and details to include before starting the drawing. If it’s possible, include reference images.■Characters that are too detailed will have an extra cost, this will be clarified prior to payment.■The completion may vary depending on the order of the client's request. It is usually 1 week after payment is made, but an estimate will be made clear upon request.■The illustration will be done on a 1,500 x 1,500 pixel canvas at 300dpi. If you want a different resolution, please comment before starting the illustration.■The work is delivered in three review stages:
1. Sketch
2. Lineart
3. Color■Changes can be requested only once during the first stage (sketch stage) at no extra cost. These changes can be of pose, proportions and details.■From the second change or when requesting changes from the second stage (lineart stage) they will have an extra cost that will depend on the magnitude of the adjustment. The amount will be agreed upon.■Once the sketch is delivered, there are no refunds.■Upon completion, a 300dpi .PNG file and an editable .PSD file will be sent via email.■Illustrations made are for personal use only.■Requests that violate the previously stipulated rules will not be attended to. People who seek to bother will not be served either.Thank you so much 😌

ACLARACIONES DEL SERVICIO
Antes de solicitar tu comisión, por favor toma en consideración lo siguiente:â– Se abona el monto completo por adelantado. Por el momento solo se acepta pago vÃa Paypal.â– Se solicita claridad sobre los detalles de la comisión. Favor de especificar caracterÃsticas del personaje y detalles a incluir antes de iniciar el trabajo. De ser posible incluir imágenes de referencia.â– Personajes demasiado detallados tendrán un costo extra. Esto se aclarará previamente al pago.â– Los tiempos de entrega varÃan dependiendo del orden de solicitud del cliente. Por lo general es de 1 semana después de realizar el pago, pero se le dará un estimado al realizar su solicitud.â– La ilustración se realiza en un canvas de 1,500 x 1,500 pixeles a 300dpi. Si se desea una resolución distinta favor de comentarlo antes de comenzar la ilustración.â– El trabajo se entrega en tres etapas de revisión:
1. Boceto
2. Lineart
3. Color■Se pueden solicitar cambios una única vez en el transcurso de la primera etapa (etapa de boceto) sin que genere costo extra. Estos cambios pueden ser de pose, proporciones y detalles.■A partir del segundo cambio o al solicitar cambios a partir de la segunda entrega (etapa de lineart) tendrán un costo extra. Dependiendo de la magnitud del ajuste se acordará el monto.■Una vez entregado el boceto no hay devoluciones de dinero.■Al finalizar, se entregará un archivo .PNG a 300dpi y un archivo .PSD editable.■Las ilustraciones realizadas son solo para uso personal.■No se atenderán solicitudes que infrinjan las normas previamente estipuladas. Tampoco se atenderán personas que busquen incomodar.Muchas gracias 😌
